Lana did an amazing job planning our South Africa/Zimbabwe trip!
Every aspect of the trip was expertly planned by Lana. The hotel location and the tours that were set up for us in Capetown were exactly what we came to see there- the wineland tour and the coastal tour (penguins!). Garonga Safari Camp was in every aspect, 5 star from the food to the game drives to the on site staff. Victoria Falls also did not disappoint. Lana handled it all for us, including internal Africa flights - so all we had to do was get there! I highly recommend this company and would use them again!

Great Booking experience
I was recommended by a fellow traveller . From the moment I reached out, the experience has exceeded my expectations. We worked with Lana for the booking process and I can tell you that she was very patient with us answering numerous questions. She also came up with multiple itineraries for us to choose from. She also hopped on a call with us pretty late in her time zone. Really appreciate that. While our travel dates are not until later this year, I am hoping that safari.com continues to provide the best experience during our travel.

Lana was brilliant in listening to us, offering and taking on suggestions, making amendments any time of the day. She was fab! Communication was smooth. Pick up/transfers/drop off was painless and easy. No stress or worry. You just knew they’ll be there. Really reliable and on time.
Accommodation was as described. She made sure to reserve one location so that we didn’t lose out which was nice. Threw in a full city tour as part of the package.
Both safari tours were exciting with brilliant guides and drivers. Fantastic experience.My Mum and I enjoyed the care given at both accommodations. Nothing was too small for them as my mum was using a walking stick. They made sure she enjoyed every single trip lifting her even if it wasn’t needed. I can’t thank them enough. The food was OMG fantastic and the rooms and views were superb!

Faultless planning, advice, guidance and support from start to end, best holiday ever.
One holiday that's best left to the experts for advice, planning and guidance especially coming from a country so far away. (Australia) We travelled as a family, with my wife and 17 year old daughter.
Our travel agent was absolutely wonderful and was only a phone call or message away to answer questions or provide any support or advice that was required.
The service and accommodations were faultless with impeccable service standards from all staff involved, amazing culture and culinary experiences which will be remembered forever and of course will have us returning in the near future. While initially our thoughts on pricing were slightly high, we soon came to realize that considering the amazing locations and remoteness, the high first class standard, the experiences we encountered, it is absolutely worth every penny and would not think twice about returning for more.

The Elephant camp at Victoria Falls was unique and we truly enjoyed the personal care provided by the wonderful staff. What made our experience great was working with Lana, who is an exceptional travel consultant. Previously working with another travel company and dealing with her who planned our first African Safari, we tracked her down, which gave us great confidence knowing we were with a tireless travel agent who strived to fulfil all our expectations.
The platform she uses to connect and showcase the itinerary with accommodations, flights, activities etc. is very well presented and easy to follow.
When it comes to the financial deposits the company is very accepting of time constraints imposed by our financial institutions investigating fraud safety measures to insure our security.
